Fill out the on-line Partner NGO application form.

Answer the few initial questions to check the eligibility of your project, and then create your personal account with a logon identifier and password. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. You can enter and save your data as you go, and return later to your account to complete your application if needed.

Remember to click on “Submit project” to validate your application, and attach the documents listed below in .pdf/.jpg/.doc/.xls formats attached to your on-line application.

• by-laws of the non-profit organisation,
• French NGO: copy of publicity in the Official Bulletin and certificate of registration of local partner in the intervention country,
• Non French NGO: legal documents and registration in the intervention country,
• organisational and operational flowchart of the NGO and Board of Directors, including names,
• annual financial report and audited accounts,
• provisional implementation schedule for the project,
• price quotes for planned purchases or investments,
• detailed budget including income sources, expenses and other fundings, to be attached to Page 4 of the application form (mandatory),
• Bank account details form (RIB in France / IBAN).

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible, the project should fulfill the following criteria:

• To be non-for-profit, in favour of collective good;
• To be set up by a national or an international NGO;
• To comply with the Foundation’s objectives: fighting violence against women and promoting women's empowerment;
• To be well-grounded and sustainable;
• Must have at least 50 % of the budget co-funded by private and/or public funders - please identify budget lines submitted to Foundation's funding;
• Project lasting from 1 to 3 years.

 Assessment criteria

During the project proposal examination, the PPR Foundation will particularly care about:

• Project’s impact in terms of social usefulness, leverage effect;
• Possibility of assessing results: indicators and risks monitoring;
• Budget’s coherence (please identify budget items submitted for PPR Foundation’s funding);
• Local grounding: project based on local needs and set up with local partners;
• Long-term strategy: the project strengthens local resources and can eventually become self-sustainable
• Well-written project and budget proposal;
• Opportunity fro PPR staff involvement in the project.

Furthermore, the PPR Foundation will ensure to distribute its support fairly among various geographical areas and intervention issues each year. The Foundation could potentially call for projects in a specific region and/or on a specific issue.

 The Foundation does not support

• Events;
• Studies, research or personal projects;
• Projects supported by an NGO with strong religious or politic  affiliation;
• Project requiring more than 50 % budget support;
• Projects with high internal costs;
• More than one project per NGO and per Selection Committee and/or per year.
